Download Microsoft Visual C#
Scroll down to Visual Studios 2010 express and click on Visual C# 2010 Express. IMPORTANT: Some might get a message from your anti-virus telling you that its a virus. Just ignore that and continue installing. That message has appeared before and was checked with reliable sources to ensure that it is in fact NOT a virus.
Download XNA
Be sure you have Microsoft Visual C# installed first. Then follow the instructions on screen. When finished to start making an XNA game start up C# and be sure XNA game studios 4.0 is selected from the list on the right and Windows Game 4.0 is selected in the middle. Then just name and click ok.
